We respect your privacy, this is what happens to your information:

The information you send us via the secure form or your personal space is recorded in the Science Accueil file and may be transmitted to the Euraxess server file (researchers in motion), itself secure. Your data will not be given or sold to third parties, neither by Science Accueil nor by Euraxess.

These personal informations are accessible only to Science Accueil mobility agents and IT developers (Science Accueil or Euraxess), all respecting the professional secrecy. You have the right to rectify and delete your personal information, in accordance with the law in force on the protection of computerized data.

Some of your data is shared with an HR, RI, or management contact at your host institution to help them improve their support and guidance. This sharing is limited to identity information, status, place of work or study, dates of stay in the institution, and the name of the scientific or administrative contact you have indicated, the type of request submitted and the date of our last exchange, but does not include the content of our exchanges.

In your personal space, each request is classified and you can choose that the referent of your institution can have access to it (e.g. to help you in your search for accommodation). Thus, unless you agree, all our exchanges in your personal space remain between you and us.
