Please also take a few minutes to complete the second form in the ALFRED database, managed by acc&ss FnAK, for statistical purposes.

A word about how your data is used:

The information we ask you to provide is necessary to process your request. This data is collected by the Science Accueil team to assist you with your administrative procedures and monitor our activities. Our IT service provider may also access this data, strictly for the technical needs of the platform.

Finally, some of your data (but not the content of our communications) may also be shared with your host institution, a partner of Science Accueil, to help it better monitor and support your mobility in France.
