General conditions

Our visits are designed for international researchers on professional mobility and their families. Colleagues and home owners who work with Science Accueil are also welcome.

Reduced participation fees may be available depending on age.

Registration is subject to availability:

Up to the day before the tour, except for tours requiring a specific booking (please enquire)

Payment at registration.

Reservation is effective upon receipt of the participant’s payment.

In case of withdrawal, the registration fee will not be refunded, as Science Accueil incurs these costs with the service providers.

Only cases of force majeure can be considered.

Visit times are subject to change.

Tours may be cancelled by Science Accueil depending on conditions. In this case, all payments will be returned to the registered participants.

Science Accueil cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations beyond its control.
