Furnished accomodation<\/h2>\n \n <\/div>[vc_wp_text]Based on your needs, we make you offers from our database’s 6500 furnished rentals, mostly located in Paris and along the RER B, C and D lines.<\/span><\/p>\n

We have all types of furnished accommodation, from rooms in the owner\u2019s house, to studios, apartments, or houses of different sizes. <\/span>Prices vary according to location and size. <\/span><\/p>\n

The first rent and security deposit (1 to 2 months of rent) are due the first day of move-in. The security deposit is given back at the end of the stay, at the latest 2 months after move-out, if the accomodation is left in perfect condition. The security deposit cannot pay the last month(s) of rent. <\/span><\/p>\n

The period of stay can vary from a few days to a few years. A lease agreement with furniture cannot exceed 12 months, but is renewable.<\/span><\/p>\n

For more efficiency we suggest you address us your request at least 6 weeks before the date you’re wishing to move-in.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We send accommodation offers 6 weeks before the this wishing date, so we can send you the most complete list of available accommodations.[\/vc_wp_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

If you book your accommodation through Science Accueil, you will have NO AGENCY FEES. Our services are completely free.<\/b><\/p>\n
