Thursday the 26th of November: Forum and welcome cocktail party for visiting researchers and their hosts in Orsay

Since 11 years, Science Welcome organises a welcome forum, where local associations and welcome groups display some of the cultural, sporting and tourist attractions to be found in this region. This year, this forum took place on the 26th of November 2009, in Orsay.

This forum was for all the foreign researchers and their family. It was intended to help them settle in our area. There were people available to answer questions and give advice on the activities available locally.

The forum was followed by a Cocktail Party where researchers met French researchers and professors, owners of accommodations and local personalities.

More than 250 people came.
