Forum and welcome cocktail party for visiting researchers and their hosts in Orsay: more that 200 people were present

Since 10 years, Science Welcome organises a welcome forum, where local associations and welcome groups will display some of the cultural, sporting and tourist attractions to be found in this region. This year, this forum was on the 27th of November 2008, in Orsay.

Science Accueil Evry is now opened

To offer a best welcome to foreign students and researchers in Evry, Evry Val d'Essonne University has asked Science Accueil to create a reception office of researchers in the university. This office is opened from the 1st of October.

The requests of accommodations at the 1st of December 2008

Since its creation on 1997, Science Accueil has welcomed 10.900 guests to help them to find accommodation. For the year of 2007, we have helped 1.530 persons. Since 4 years, our activity increases of 15% per year.
